Privacy Policy (English)
This Privacy Policy explains how Ace App Dev (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Agent EasyBook mobile application and related services (the “App”).
1. Information we collect
- Account data: phone number, password (stored hashed), referral code, language preference, account status.
- Business / bookkeeping data you enter: appointments, clients/cases, income, expenses, deductions, reports, notes, images/receipts, voice recordings and related AI transcriptions you choose to create.
- Subscription & purchase data: store platform (Apple/Google), product identifiers, purchase tokens / transaction identifiers, subscription status and expiry, restore/purchase events. Payment card details are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full card number.
- Device / technical data: app version, device type/OS, push notification token (if enabled), basic diagnostics/error logs needed to operate and secure the App.
- Support communications: messages you send us (e.g. WhatsApp / email) and related contact details.
2. How we use information
- Provide account registration, login, OTP verification, and account recovery / cooling-off deletion flows.
- Sync and store your bookkeeping data so you can use the App across sessions/devices as designed.
- Process subscriptions, one-time AI quota purchases, restores, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and entitlement checks via Apple App Store / Google Play.
- Provide optional AI features (e.g. voice entry, briefing) using third-party AI processors you enable through the App.
- Send service notifications (including push notifications if you opt in).
- Prevent fraud/abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process data to perform our contract with you (provide the App), with your consent where required (e.g. certain notifications / optional features), and for legitimate interests such as security, service improvement, and preventing misuse, or where required by law.
4. Sharing of information
We may share data with:
- Apple / Google for in-app purchases, subscription validation, and store compliance.
- Cloud / hosting and SMS / OTP providers that help us operate authentication and infrastructure.
- AI service providers when you use AI features (content you submit for processing may be transmitted to those providers).
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Servers or processors may be located outside your place of residence (including Hong Kong / other regions). Where transfers occur, we take steps appropriate to the service providers and applicable requirements.
6. Retention
We retain account and app data while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we apply the App’s cooling-off / deletion process; after the deletion period completes, account data is removed or anonymised except where we must retain limited records (e.g. purchase/audit logs) for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (including access controls and encrypted transport) to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices & rights
- Access or update certain profile settings in the App.
- Turn push notifications on/off in the App / device settings.
- Request account deletion through the App’s delete-account flow.
- Contact us to ask about access, correction, or other rights available under applicable law.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 16. Do not use the App if you are under the required age.

本私隱政策說明 Ace App Dev（「我們」）在你使用 Agent EasyBook 流動應用程式及相關服務（「本應用」）時， 如何收集、使用、儲存及共用資料。
1. 我們收集的資料
- 帳戶資料：電話號碼、密碼（經雜湊儲存）、轉介碼、語言偏好、帳戶狀態。
- 你輸入的業務／簿記資料：預約、客戶／個案、收入、開支、扣除、報表、備註、圖片／收據、語音錄音及你選擇產生的 AI 轉寫內容等。
- 訂閱及購買資料：商店平台（Apple／Google）、產品識別碼、購買憑證／交易識別、訂閱狀態及到期日、恢復購買／續訂等事件。付款卡資料由 Apple 或 Google 處理；我們不會取得完整卡號。
- 裝置／技術資料：應用版本、裝置類型／系統、推送通知 token（如啟用）、營運及保安所需的基本診斷／錯誤紀錄。
- 支援通訊：你向我們發送的訊息（例如 WhatsApp／電郵）及相關聯絡資料。
2. 我們如何使用資料
- 提供註冊、登入、OTP 驗證、帳戶恢復及冷卻期刪除流程。
- 同步及儲存你的簿記資料，以便按設計於不同工作階段／裝置使用本應用。
- 透過 Apple App Store／Google Play 處理訂閱、一次性 AI 配額購買、恢復購買、續訂、取消、退款及權益核對。
- 在你啟用時提供可選 AI 功能（例如語音入帳、簡報），並交由第三方 AI 處理器處理。
- 發送服務通知（如你選擇開啟推送通知）。
- 防止欺詐／濫用、排除故障，以及遵守法律責任。
3. 資料共用
- Apple／Google：用於應用內購買、訂閱驗證及商店合規。
- 雲端託管及短訊／OTP 供應商：協助認證及基礎設施運作。
- AI 服務供應商：當你使用 AI 功能時，你提交的內容可能會傳送至該等供應商。
- 專業顧問或主管當局：在法律要求或為保障權利與安全時。
我們不會出售你的個人資料。
4. 保留、保安及你的選擇
帳戶有效期間我們會保留相關資料。若你提出刪除帳戶，我們會按應用內的冷卻期／刪除流程處理； 完成後會刪除或匿名化帳戶資料，惟法律、會計或爭議所需的有限紀錄可能保留。我們採取合理保安措施， 但無法保證絕對安全。你可以在應用內管理部分設定、關閉推送通知，或透過刪除帳戶流程提出要求。

By downloading, accessing, or using Agent EasyBook, you agree to these Terms with Ace App Dev. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
Agent EasyBook provides tools to help insurance / business users organise appointments, clients, income, expenses, deductions, reports, and optional AI-assisted entry features. The App is a productivity aid and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or insurance advice.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, security risk, or Terms violations.
3. Subscriptions & purchases
- Paid features may be offered via Apple App Store and/or Google Play auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time purchases (e.g. AI quota).
- Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable store’s terms and your store account settings.
- Manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
- Access to premium features depends on successful validation of purchase/subscription status.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the App. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the App (including sync, backup as designed, and AI features you request).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review results before relying on them. AI quota and availability may change according to your plan and system parameters.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. 帳戶
- 你須提供準確註冊資料，並妥善保管登入憑證。
- 你須為帳戶下的活動負責。
- 如出現濫用、欺詐、保安風險或違反條款，我們可暫停或終止帳戶。
3. 訂閱及購買
- 付費功能可透過 Apple App Store 及／或 Google Play 以自動續訂訂閱及／或一次性購買（例如 AI 配額）提供。
- 價格、計費週期、續訂、取消及退款受相關商店條款及你的商店帳戶設定約束。
- 請於 Apple ID 或 Google Play 訂閱設定中管理或取消自動續訂。
- 進階功能取決於購買／訂閱狀態成功驗證。
4. 你的內容與可接受使用
你保留上載或建立內容的擁有權，並授予我們有限授權，僅為營運本應用而託管、處理及顯示該等内容。 你不得濫用本應用、未經授權存取、干擾服務，或以非法用途使用本應用。
5. AI 功能、免責及更改
AI 輸出可能不準確或不完整，使用前請自行審核。在法律允許範圍內，本應用按「現況」提供； 我們可更新應用及本條款，若你於更新後繼續使用，即視為接受更新後的條款。
